The georges:
WGRG-TV
JACK's house band, The Georges, crawls into the glorious underbelly of late-night cable access shows, filming their own in front of a studio audience on the set of "Ike at Night." Each night is a different show, inspired in part by 2 a.m. programming on MNN and also by Clive Barker's art book, Visions of Heaven and Hell.
Thursday, April 17 - Saturday, April 19 at 9:30 pm
Tickets: $5 at the door, or free with entry to Ike at Night
The Georges is a band formed in 2012 out of performance experiments by Jason Quarles, Julian Rozzell, Jr., Steven Leffue and Alec Duffy. The band has performed at Joe's Pub, at Duke University and at Goodbye Blue Monday, as part of the first-ever Brooklyn International Performance Art Festival. www.thegeorges.org
