Inspired by stories straight from the mouths of Brooklyn residents, playwrights James A. Tyler and A. Davis Smith present their collaboration Person Place or Thing, a series of interlocking devised vignettes that explore the personal as political, and the political as place. Weaving together stories from cultural nomads in Cuba and ex-pats in Korea, to first-generation immigrants in Brooklyn and California (and spaces in-between), these histories toe the hazy line between people and the spaces we inhabit.
